H.O.M.E. offers a structured 90-day transitional housing program designed to support young mothers and their children as they work toward stability, independence, and long-term success.

90-Day Program Structure
1. Phase 1: Stabilization (Days 1–30) – Focus on safety, routine, mental wellness, and goal setting.
2. Phase 2: Development (Days 31–60) – Focus on employment, education, life skills, and financial literacy.
3. Phase 3: Transition (Days 61–90) – Focus on securing housing, income stability, and independent living.


Daily Structure
1. Morning: Work, job search, or education programs
2. Afternoon: Workshops, case management, and skill development
3. Evening: Family time, planning, and program check-ins
